About Us
Indivisible on Campus is a group of scientists, teachers, students, and staff at Cornell who are united around the values of social, economic, and environmental justice. We are inspired by the Indivisible Guide and collaborate with other progressive groups at Cornell and around the nation.
Our mission is three-fold: 1) to promote a politically informed citizenry through weekly updates and information sharing, 2) to perform weekly action items aimed at forwarding a progressive agenda for the benefit of all citizens, and 3) to support other progressive organizations in their missions and projects. All interested persons are invited and welcome to join our group.
We meet weekly (alternating Tuesdays and Wednesdays) to conduct actions around a single topic. Actions typically involve calling or letter writing our Congressional Representatives about a topic. Together our voices are loud. We are also happy to help others set up their own groups and we would love to coordinate with you. So if you are in a department or school that would like to set up your own Indivisible on Campus group please do get in touch. Check out our Get Involved section for more information.
